T-22 Sept. 2 1861 $10 Confederate States of America (C.S.A.) PF-1/Cr.150 - Good

A scant 58,860 issued. These are tough notes in any condition.

Printed by the "Southern Bank Note Company" (ABNCo's politically correct name for it's New Orleans branch), a family of Native Americans are featured at the center vignette. A woman at right holds an ear of corn while to the left we see Thetis with a scepter of Neptune representing the sovereignty of the sea.
